Project Management & Consulting.
Our experienced Project Managers will assist you all along your Project journey: Defining the Concept, Designing, Permitting, Contracting, Construction & Handover.
Pre-construction
We will provide support for obtaining the Certificate of Urbanism, all the required Authorities’ Endorsements, and Building Permit, checking the Concept Design in order to ensure the efficiency of the chosen solutions. We will also assist you in choosing the Designer and the General Contractor.
Construction
We will perform the checking the Detailed Design, and we will ensure the Supervision of the Site Works. During the whole Project, we will perform the Time Schedule Analysis and the Project’s Cost Control. We will assist you in Project’s Hand Over with the Authorities.
Design services
We are providing professional design services for all type of buildings, civil or industrial. We will communicate intensively with the Client during the whole design process, in order to ensure that the design will fit all the Client’s specific requirements.
Design Phases
Our services cover all the design phases: Concept Design, Basic Design (for Permitting purposes), Detailed Design (for execution) and As-Built Design.
Engineering
All the design disciplines: architecture, structural, mechanical, electrical & plumbing design will be included in a BIM software (Building Information Modelling). As designers, we will assist the Client during construction of the project, issuing the required Site Orders and taking part in the Project’s Weekly Meetings.
General Contractor
We provide General Contractor services for small to medium projects. We will use our skills in Project Management to provide you the best services for your Project.
